Office Manager We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Office Manager to join our organization. This critical leadership position requires an individual who can effectively oversee multiple island-based company operations while maintaining the highest standards of accountability and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities and demonstrate the ability to coordinate diverse teams across various locations within our transportation network. Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple island company locations within the organization Establish and maintain accountability standards for all team members, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to company policies Monitor employee productivity and work quality, implementing corrective measures when necessary Develop and enforce operational procedures and workflows to maximize efficiency across all island locations Coordinate communication between different company sites to ensure seamless operations Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff members Maintain comprehensive records of employee activities, performance metrics, and operational outcomes Address and resolve workplace conflicts and performance issues in a timely and professional manner Prepare detailed reports on operational performance, accountability measures, and productivity metrics for senior management Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure all work meets established standards Manage office resources, supplies, and equipment across multiple locations Facilitate training programs to ensure all employees understand their responsibilities and accountability expectations Serve as the primary point of contact for inter-company communications and coordination Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or administrative leadership roles Proven track record of managing teams and holding employees accountable for performance Experience in the transportation industry strongly preferred Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks Strong leadership abilities with experience managing remote or multi-location teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business management software Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain accountability systems Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure Experience developing and enforcing operational policies and procedures Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license and ability to travel between island locations as needed Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and operational requirements We offer a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to play a vital role in maintaining operational excellence across our transportation organization.
