Commercial Counsel (SaaS) — Hybrid NYC, Build Legal Ops
Middesk
Middesk is hiring a Commercial Counsel to join its Legal team in New York. In this role, you will manage the lifecycle of commercial contracts and support the sales team in negotiations. As the second legal hire, you will influence Middesk's legal operations and provide essential legal resources.
We're looking for candidates with at least 2 years of commercial contract experience, strong negotiation skills, and a J.D. with bar admission. This position includes a hybrid work model, expecting two days a week in our NYC office.
