Swagelok is seeking a 2nd shift Assembly Associate in Valley City, Ohio. The role involves understanding assembly processes from ASO1 to ASO4, strong troubleshooting, multitasking and leadership to drive standard work and process improvements. You will manage schedules, coordinate with support groups, and ensure quality by following work instructions, detecting defects, and maintaining product flow.
