As a Security Officer Patrol Coordinator in Omaha, NE , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access activities and site operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting observations through established channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, employee, and contractor entry procedures in alignment with site protocols for a professional financial institution setting.
• Support day-to-day operations by observing for policy violations, assisting with directional questions, and communicating security-related concerns to site leadership and/or emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
