Client Specialist

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is looking to hire a Client Relations Analyst in a hybrid work environment (3 days on-site / 2 days remote) . Pay Rate Range: $19–$21/hour, depending on experience Responsibilities: Research and respond to operational client complaints while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Partner with operations teams, management, and business partners to investigate and resolve client issues. Prepare clear, accurate, and professional written correspondence to clients. Provide phone support for client inquiries as part of the team’s coverage schedule. Support operational processes, including settlement activities and privacy-related requests. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the complaint resolution process. Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned. Build strong relationships across departments to deliver exceptional client service. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, English, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar and composition. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Experience in banking, brokerage, financial services, or operations is a plus. Experience with complaint resolution or client relations is preferred. Regulatory or compliance exposure is a plus. Call center or client-facing phone support experience is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
