BridgeTown Dental is looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our private practice in Cambridge, Ohio.

We're looking for a hygienist who values excellent patient care, strong relationships, and being part of a collaborative dental team. Whether you're an experienced hygienist or a new graduate looking for the right place to grow, we'd love to meet you.

• $35–$40/hour , based on experience

• Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care
• Build strong relationships and educate patients about their oral health
• Serve as a treatment advocate by communicating clinical findings and recommendations
• Maintain accurate diagnostic records and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to provide exceptional patient care

We're looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who:

• Provides excellent, patient-centered care
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Works collaboratively with the dental team
• Is dependable, accountable, and takes pride in doing things the right way
• Holds an active Ohio dental hygiene license or is eligible for Ohio licensure
