Seat Assembler Position
Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring Seat Assemblers in Warren, MI. As a Seat Assembler for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of production operations including but not limited to:
- Complete assembly of automotive seating units
- Develop proficiency in all production functions and rotations in various workstations
- Use of hand-held pneumatic tools and assembly fixtures
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly
This position will require candidates to be able to work as part of a team to ensure on time quality products. You will also need to have near to perfect attendance within your first 90 days on the job.
Requirements:
- Seating Assembly Experience
- Recent and solid work
- Able to have a flexible schedule, Just In Time Facility
- Comply with company policies and procedures
Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation of $17.50 per hour. 2nd Shift: 2:15pm-10:15pm. Cardinal Staffing also follows all applicable state and local laws regarding sick time, paid time off, and retirement savings programs. Cardinal Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
