Position Summary The MSB District Manager is responsible for the profitability, supervision of the MSB Sales Associates, and ensuring that all compliance regulations and operating procedures and policies are enforced in the assigned District. The District Manager's main responsibility is to guarantee flawless execution of the core processes of financial services, including ensuring a customer‑centric and efficient sales team, adherence to training manuals and SOPs, up‑to‑date AML & BSA certifications, performance issue resolution, rollout of new programs or products, and constant improvement of the district P&L. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operational Excellence Proven track of providing excellent results, shows persistence and perseverance. Proactive qualities and self‑directed actions. Dedicated to meeting expectations of internal and external customers. Demonstrates care and compassion, empathy, and relation with diverse people; approachable. Ensures locations are in full compliance with company, federal, state, local regulatory safety, labor, workers compensation, and health requirements. Compliance of the Bank Secrecy Act. Ensures all Sales Associates enforce the AML Compliance Manual and Procedures. Manages the training schedule and coordinates the execution of the plan. Provides feedback to Support Center about challenges locations are facing and needs help; ensures locations maintain working area and equipment in optimal condition and monitors maintenance and repairs. Team Member Development Coaches and motivates the Sales Associates to inspire top performance and exceptional customer service. Cultivates a culture of high performance and accountability; sets clear performance expectations and follows up with timely evaluations and development plans. Embraces positive employee relations through consistent and fair application of company policies and leadership values. Maintains a positive work environment and ensures fair and consistent treatment of all team members. Recruit, train and develop the best sales associates. Leadership & Management Skills Motivates, inspires and creates engagement with the Sales Associates; exemplifies the desired culture and values (high ethics, integrity, trust, respect, loyalty, humility). Manages stress, remains calm under pressure, copes with change, leads company's new programs across the Financial Services organization, asserts in conflict, and retains responsibility for outcomes. Manages a large group of sales associates across different locations; can speak before large audiences and conduct training classes. Ensures effective communication between the Support Center and location teams. Can mediate between the interests of the Support Center and locations, making recommendations to resolve issues, using sound judgment consistent with company standards, practices and policies. Financial Results Responsible for District P&L. Develops and implements marketing campaigns to increase revenue for stores under the district. Analyzes financial data to identify opportunities and develop plans to resolve performance gaps. Monitors operational standards to guarantee locations execute core programs; addresses underperformance. Ensures compliance with all local, state and federal laws while upholding company values and customer service philosophy. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent industry education and/or experience. Demonstrated leadership ability with 5+ years of experience in a customer‑facing sales setting. Confident working in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment with excellent multi‑tasking skills. Physical Demands and Work Conditions Regularly required to sit, stand, and use hands to handle objects, tools or controls. Requires vision abilities that include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Typical office work environment.
