Commercial Pharma Analytics SME

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, compliant data analysis solutions for commercialization of pharmaceutical drugs.

• Lead end-to-end data analysis by querying data, interpreting it, massaging and transforming it and creating insights on charts to represent it for a business audience.

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align approach with strategic goals.

Business Intelligence

• Lead BI initiatives like KPI harmonization, dashboard design and wireframe creation.

Data Experience Required Candidate must have knowledge of/ working experience with data from one or more of the following software or data vendors:

• SAP (Core, CRM)
• CRM
• Warehouse Systems
• Contracting
• IQVIA
• Integrichain
• Viztex

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in US Pharmaceutical sales analytics or sales operations with a strong focus on data and analytics.

• Proven expertise in interpreting data analysis, BI dashboards implementation, and data warehousing.

• Strong communication, leadership, and client stakeholder management skills.

• Understanding of database structures.

• Ability to write complex SQL queries to pull data.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in statistics, data analytics, MBA, Masters in Statistics, Masters in Data Science or equivalent.
