Sales ManagerWe are seeking a tech-savvy, process-oriented leader who will be responsible for supervising and motivating salespeople, as well as promoting and encouraging strategies to sell cars and other vehicles. They will also perform managerial duties, such as organizing schedules, training, interviewing, hiring, and setting goals.Biondi Lincoln is an award-winning automotive company located in Monroeville, PA. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.* Experience managing used car sales, managing the finance office, and knowledge of Ford and Lincoln Operations is a plus.Sales Manager Responsibilities:Hire, train, and manage a team of automotive salespeopleCoach salespeople on best practices for closing deals and provide guidance to improve sales performanceSet sales goals, track progress, and manage team to achieve and exceed those quotasBe a leader & provide focus for your Sales teamWork directly with our Team Members and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales processMaintain CSI at or above company standardsBuild rapport with customers to establish a strong customer networkProvide support to the sales staff and assist in closing dealsManage productivity of the sales departmentMaintain good working relationship with the manufacturer and lending institutionsFacilitate regular sales training for continued team growthAssist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responsesExplain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customersDescribe all optional equipment/products available for customer purchasePerform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehiclesOvercome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standardsProvide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing dealsSales Manager Requirements:Previous dealership and management experience a huge plusTech savvy with solid experience in handling internet and phone inquiriesLeadership skills with a passion for training fellow employeesEnthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workdayGoal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricingAttention to detail and problem-solving capabilitiesQuality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skillsClean driving record & valid driver’s licenseSales Manager Compensation and Benefits:Competitive PayHealth InsurancePTO & Sick Leave401(K)Biondi Lincoln is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
