Senior Tax Accountant

This is a unique, ground-floor opportunity for a Senior Tax Accountant who wants more than just a job preparing returns - the firm is looking for someone who wants to build toward leading the Fishkill office over the next several years. You'll start hands-on in tax preparation and grow into a leadership role as the office expands. What You'll Do Prepare individual, trust, and business tax returns Handle day-to-day tax compliance work for a growing client base Build strong client relationships and become a trusted point of contact Work closely with firm leadership to learn the operational and client-management side of running an office Take on increasing responsibility over time, with a path toward leading the Fishkill office What We're Looking For 3-4 years of tax preparation experience CPA candidate or EA (in progress or completed) strongly preferred Strong technical tax prep skills and attention to detail Motivated to grow into a leadership/office-lead position — this is not a "stay in your lane" role Why This Role A defined growth path to lead the office within (~5 years) rare for a role at this level Direct exposure to firm leadership and client relationships early in your career Work within a firm that integrates tax with investment and financial planning, broadening your skill set beyond pure compliance #J-18808-Ljbffr Navigate Search
