Senior Fund Associate

Senior Associate, Fund Financial Operations Downtown Dallas, on-site S+H Search is seeking a detail-oriented, highly-motivated finance professional with a passion for accounting and/or financial reporting for our premier real estate investment and alternative asset management firm . Responsibilities: Direct day-to-day financial operations for assigned investment funds; ensure accurate and timely net asset values, capital account maintenance, and allocations; review and approve financial statements, capital calls/distributions, and investor reporting packages. Review quarterly financial statements, management fee and carried interest calculations, and related reporting prepared by outside fund administrators. Oversee fund accounting activity performed by third-party administrators, confirming alignment with US GAAP and internal reporting standards. Manage recurring and ad-hoc requests from investors and consultants — including surveys and due diligence questionnaires — by interpreting the request, coordinating data collection across teams, and delivering accurate, consistent information with appropriate disclosures. Prepare quarterly investor reporting by coordinating with portfolio management, fund administration, asset management, and other internal teams to compile the operational and financial data required for disclosure. Support review and processing of capital calls, distributions, and other investor communications. Maintain data accuracy for assigned funds, accounts, and investors within the firm's investor reporting system. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements that support consistency, scalability, and best practices across the group. Manage data flow and reporting timelines to ensure investor communications are accurate, timely, and relevant. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications : Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related 4+ years of experience in investment accounting, fund accounting, and/or investor reporting Real estate private equity experience preferred Executive presentation and polished communication Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Workiva, Juniper Square, and Yardi preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr S+H Search
