What You'll Do

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you'll be a key resource for employees and managers while supporting day-to-day HR operations.

• Assist with recruiting and hiring activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and job fair participation
• Support onboarding and new hire orientation programs
• Maintain employee records, training documentation, and attendance tracking
• Assist with benefits enrollment and open enrollment processes
• Review employee timecards and support payroll processing activities
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures
• Support employee relations matters and HR documentation
• Assist with workforce communications and HR initiatives
• Partner with the HR Manager on special projects and departmental priorities
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient HR operations

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Administrative Support or Office Administration
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with HRIS systems (ADP experience is a plus)
• Manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or production environment experience

Work Environment

This role is based onsite within a manufacturing facility and office environment. You'll spend time supporting both office employees and production team members, making this a highly interactive position with opportunities to build relationships throughout the organization.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hoffman Estates, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $37.40/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
