We are seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations at a fast-paced facility in Crystal Lake, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Human Resources, customer service, administrative support, or employee-facing operations who is looking to continue developing their HR career. The HR Coordinator will assist with onboarding, employee relations, benefits, HR administration, payroll support, employee engagement, and maintaining accurate employee records. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $25.00/hour
• Monday to Friday - Flexible start time: 7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Located in Crystal Lake, Illinois

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientations, HRIS entry, employee files, and temporary-to-permanent conversions
• Coordinate with staffing agencies and support employee transitions, promotions, and conversions
• Prepare offer letters and other HR documentation while maintaining accurate, confidential employee records
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters; escalate employee relations concerns as needed
• Support benefits enrollment and changes, employee events, engagement activities, and Town Hall meetings, including Spanish-language presentations
• Maintain employee communications, including birthdays, anniversaries, and company announcements
• Complete accurate HR data entry and maintain organized, confidential filing systems
• Create and manage employee badges and assist with uniform management
• Support reimbursement processes and coordinate with Payroll as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish - REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, customer service, administrative support, or a related role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with employee names, dates, records, and numerical information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with HRIS systems is highly preferred; UKG experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information
• Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities
