Senior Project Surveyor

Senior Project Surveyor Join BKF Engineers as a Senior Project Surveyor. This role focuses on leading survey project delivery, coordinating staff, and ensuring quality standards are met. The Senior Project Surveyor makes decisions on technical elements, mentors junior team members, and identifies opportunities for additional services. They may assist with proposals, attend project meetings, and support client coordination. The role also contributes to business development by promoting BKF's services and identifying new project opportunities. Responsibilities include and not limited to: Preparing construction staking calculations by reading plans and interpreting CAD files Creating mapping deliverables including boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, plats, and legal descriptions Post-processing field data collected via total station, GPS, levels, 3D laser scanners, and unmanned aerial systems Building 3D models of sites and structures for owners, architects, engineers, and contractors Travel to various job sites and offices may be required BKF Engineers
