Machine Operator – Production Team Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Pay: $19.00 per hour Department: Production Reports To: Production Manager or Shift Supervisor Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join our growing production team. In this role you will help maintain smooth machine operations, ensure product quality, and support the team in a stable, team‑oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Safely start up, operate, and shut down production equipment. Organize and support the production line to keep operations running efficiently. Monitor product quality and ensure only top‑quality items leave the line. Keep materials stocked, maintain a clean and organized work area, and complete production records accurately. Follow all safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines and enforce NPC GMP’s, including dress code. Make minor equipment adjustments and notify maintenance of any issues. Support and assist fellow operators and packers as needed. Meet or exceed daily production requirements and maintain proper, legible records. Control scrap for film, powder, cartons, and shippers at or below acceptable levels. What We’re Looking For At least two years of experience operating machinery in a production or industrial environment. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset.
