Home Care Staffing Coordinator

HHA Staffing Coordinator $25 - $28 per hour (Full-Time) We are seeking an experienced HHA Staffing Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position, Monday through Friday, requires a highly organized and proactive individual to coordinate Home Health Aide (HHA) staffing and scheduling across multiple agencies. Responsibilities: Assign HHAs to existing Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) clients, ensuring appropriate coverage and continuity of care. Collaborate with multiple Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs) to support patient needs. Manage and oversee HHA scheduling across multiple LHCSA agencies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of aide assignments, availability, and compliance requirements. Communicate effectively with HHAs regarding schedules, assignments, and any changes. Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to address staffing challenges and ensure high-quality patient care. Monitor and address last-minute call-outs and coverage gaps efficiently. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and agency policies related to staffing and scheduling. Qualifications: Experience in both CHHA and LHCSA is required. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
