Emergency Room Manager

HCA Healthcare is seeking an Emergency Room Manager to lead clinical and operational performance in a fast-paced ED. You will oversee daily ER operations, staffing, and patient flow, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include coaching and developing clinical teams, managing budgets and resources, monitoring quality and regulatory compliance, and driving process improvements. You will collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership to optimize outcomes and patient experience, foster a culture of compassion and teamwork, and support staff education and professional growth within a leading healthcare system.
