Emergency Room Manager

HCA Healthcare is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Manager to lead operations in our fast-paced Emergency Department. In this role, you will oversee clinical and administrative functions, including staffing, patient flow, quality and safety initiatives, and regulatory compliance. You will mentor nursing staff, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and drive evidence-based, patient-centered care. This position is ideal for a proven ER nurse leader who thrives in a high-acuity setting and is passionate about improving outcomes, team performance, and the patient experience.
