J.C. Newman Cigar Co. in Tampa is expanding its hospitality offerings and seeks a Sous Chef to build a new culinary program across Elaine's, Stanford's Cigar Club, and The Inn at El Reloj. You will lead daily kitchen operations, mentor staff, and shape guest dining experiences in a landmark historic property.
