We blend AI tools with human oversight to produce high-quality posts at scale — quickly and reliably. We’re growing fast and need skilled editors who can take AI-generated or offshore-written drafts and turn them into polished, founder-style content. The Role We’re hiring a Contract Content Editor to edit LinkedIn posts produced by our offshore writing team and to create new posts from scratch based on structured inputs (voice memos, transcripts, pitch decks, etc.). You won’t be communicating with clients. Your job is to ensure every post matches the client’s tone, reads well, and meets our quality bar. This is a production-heavy role with clear expectations and weekly output requirements. What You’ll Do Edit and finalize posts written by offshore writers to ensure tone, clarity, and flow Write new posts directly from provided materials (audio transcripts, notes, slides) Create internal tone guides, content frameworks, and formatting rules Flag low-quality drafts and make edits on the spot Can mentor or coach our offshore writing team to improve their content quality Maintain consistent output and turnaround time based on assigned volume You Should Have 5+ years of editing, writing, or content production experience Proven ability to write in a clean, engaging B2B voice — especially for LinkedIn Strong attention to detail and high editorial standards Comfort rewriting AI-generated or outsourced drafts into something sharp and publishable Reliable workflow and ability to meet structured deadlines Nice to Have Experience ghostwriting or editing for founders, execs, or B2B influencers Familiarity with SaaS, AI, or startup ecosystems Prior exposure to prompt-based or AI-assisted writing workflows Why This Role Remote contract position with clear scope and deliverables High-volume, ongoing work with a fast-scaling AI company No meetings, no client calls — just clean briefs and execution Opportunity to build long-term working relationship as we grow Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Contract Job function Job function Marketing, Public Relations, and Writing/Editing Industries Media and Telecommunications Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Blazel by 2x Get notified about new Content Editor jobs in United States .
