Job Type: Full-time, 100% in-office in Bloomington, MN.

Variable shifts between 7:00am-8:00pm M-F and Saturdays 8:00am-4:00pm

Salary: $19/hr

About the Company

Mindful Therapy Group is a company dedicated to empowering therapists, psychologists and nurse practitioners to dive into private practice, without doing all of the leg work that comes with it. We provide high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services to independent mental health care providers. Since opening in 2011, we have partnered with over 2,300 providers throughout our 20+ locations, and we are continuing to grow!

About the role

This role is responsible for providing great customer service by completing the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep business running smoothly. Motivated and talented employees will be provided leadership training and advancement opportunities.

Primary responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service over the phone, in person, and via email
• Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients
• Managing the front desk by helping clients prepare for their visits
• Scheduling client appointments
• Supporting mental health providers with administrative requests
• Client insurance benefits verification

• Schedule flexibility: we are open Monday-Friday 7:00am-8:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am-4:00pm
• We are offering shifts Mon-Friday with times/shifts of 7am-3pm, 10am-6pm and 12pm-8pm, occasional weekends depending on business needs
