Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and promptly, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage reservations and maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods. Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus. Monitor the flow of the dining area to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction. Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. Answer phone calls, assist with inquiries, and take reservations as needed. Keep the host stand and entry area clean, organized, and welcoming. Assist in maintaining a safe and sanitary environment, following health and safety guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations. What We’re Looking For Prior experience in a host or customer service role is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right individual! Excellent communication and organizational skills. A friendly and professional demeanor, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. On-call is a plus!
