Senior Technology Services Lead

Responsibilities Lead planning, design, and implementation of complex solutions, applying technology knowledge and communicating solutions across technical, managerial, business and executive audiences. Coach, mentor, provide feedback and career development to team members; direct team activities and adhere to defined practices and policies to obtain results. Provide technical direction and oversight of technology and automation solutions for resilient, secure, and robust infrastructure. Ensure software meets functional, non‑functional, and compliance requirements; code solutions; perform performance and end‑to‑end testing. Lead defect, incident, problem, and change review meetings and release activities. Manage stability, resiliency, reliability, and performance of supported systems. Act as point of escalation for team members, peers, and partner teams; share leadership and serve as triage contact for high‑priority incidents. Mentor staff, provide technical leadership across the organization, and participate in resource interview and onboarding processes. Direct teams to establish alerts, monitoring, dashboards, and processes for new projects and initiatives. Perform access reviews, conduct compliance activities, and serve as delegate for administrative processes. Support change implementations, identify potential issues, and manage vulnerability remediation. Design and implement robust patching strategy with end‑to‑end automated solutions. Design, deploy, and maintain databases on containers (Kubernetes / OpenShift). Implement highly resilient, secure, scalable, and performant hybrid‑cloud architectures. Sustain ongoing compliance to bank’s standards (Identity Access Management, Data Protection, Security baselines). Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, resilient, production‑ready infrastructure platforms. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and operational best practices. Participate in Agile ceremonies and support iterative, high‑quality software delivery. Required Qualifications 5 years of job‑related experience. Hands‑on experience with databases such as Oracle/Exadata, PostgreSQL, CockroachDB, Redis, or DB2. Working knowledge of managing databases on containers with a strong understanding of container concepts, scheduling, networking, storage, configuration, and secrets management. Experience operating infrastructure services and database workloads in cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP). Working knowledge of infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform) and automated deployment approaches. Proficiency in Python and working with APIs for developing and operationalizing AI‑driven applications. Experience in large‑scale enterprise environments with strong requirements for security, reliability, and compliance. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for containerized applications. Experience contributing within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe). Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to troubleshoot complex platform issues. Clear, concise communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Ability to work effectively across engineering, infrastructure, security, and application teams. Desired Qualifications Experience operating in regulated or highly secure environments. Exposure to observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing) for distributed and AI‑driven systems. Experience supporting multi‑tenant platforms at scale. Collaboration, influence, production support, risk management, solution design, analytical thinking, architecture, innovative thinking, result orientation, stakeholder management. Shift & Hours Shift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $117,100.00 – $183,500.00 annualized, based on experience, education, and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible: Employees may receive an annual discretionary award based on performance, contributions, and overall success of the Company.
