Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities and Duties
? Maintaining daily records of shipments and invoices to identify products needing replenishment.
? Receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering supplies and equipment accurately.
? Preparing equipment and supplies for shipping, ensuring proper documentation.
? Performing meticulous data entry for all stock items.
? Participating in the inventory and cycle counting process according to departmental procedures.
? Utilizing inventory management software to view orders and track inventory levels.
? Completing and managing various inventory projects as determined by the management team.
Qualifications and Skills
? The ability to think through problems and visualize solutions effectively.
? Strong interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with all levels of staff within and outside the
inventory team, as well as with external organizations.
? A self-starter mentality, comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative
team player.
