The General Manager/Owner leads overall business operations, financial performance, sales, staffing, inventory, and strategic growth. This role combines hands-on leadership with business management expertise to ensure efficient operations and a strong customer and team experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations and establish effective operating practices.
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and business planning.
- Lead sales management efforts and support revenue growth.
- Recruit, manage, develop, and retain staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and improve inventory management processes.
- Provide leadership and make strategic decisions that support business success.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business/restaurant management preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Experience with business operations and financial management
- Knowledge of budgeting, sales management, staff management, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Compensation
- We offer a competitive starting salary of 50,000 per year, plus performance-based incentives.
