Housekeeper / House Cleaner

Responsibilities Professionally clean residential homes using MaidPro’s 49-point checklist, cleaning procedures, and products. Perform interior cleaning; clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks. Scrub and sanitize kitchen fixtures and appliances; dust ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs. Vacuum and mop all flooring; assist with home organization, staging, and beautification. Qualifications We provide training; no cleaning experience required. Punctual and reliable with strong time management. Detail-oriented and capable of making things look good and shine. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods. Willing to work in homes that have pets. MaidPro franchisees are equal-opportunity employers. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour. Benefits include schedule flexibility, travel reimbursement, the ability to stay active, and the option to work alone or with a partner depending on location. Profit sharing includes tips from clients and occasional performance-based bonuses. We provide thorough training, uniforms, and safe, effective cleaning supplies. Daily snacks and a coffee bar are available in many locations. Employees receive support and tools from MaidPro franchisees, with opportunities to grow within the company.
