Dieser wird durch einen strategischen Standort in Hamburg ergnzt. Deutschlandweit arbeiten aktuell rund 270 Experten an immer neuen Lsungen fr den Erfolg unserer Geschftspartner.
Die Position: Werde Teil eines innovativen Unternehmens und gestalte aktiv das Wachstum der Business Unit Food & Nutrition mit. Als Account Manager Flavours (w/m/d) betreust Du ausgewhlte Kunden im Lebensmittelbereich und entwickelst gemeinsam mit ihnen mageschneiderte Aromalsungen. Du erkennst Marktchancen, bringst kreative Ideen ein und baust langfristige, vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen auf. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Product Management und dem Inside-Sales-Team sorgst Du dafr, dass unsere Kunden von der Konzeptidee bis zur Markteinfhrung optimal begleitet werden
Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortung:
- Verantwortung fr Vertrieb und Geschftsentwicklung in Deutschland im Bereich Aromen, inklusive Betreuung von Bestandskunden und Key Accounts
- Beratung von Kunden bei der Entwicklung, Formulierung und Optimierung von Aromalsungen sowie Untersttzung bei Produktkonzepten
- Identifizierung von Leads, Gewinnung neuer Kunden und Ausbau strategisch relevanter Marktsegmente
- Erstellung von Angeboten, Preiskalkulationen und Verhandlung von Liefervertrgen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Account Management und Sales-Team
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement und Lieferanten zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung kundenorientierter Lsungen
- Analyse von Markttrends, Wettbewerbsaktivitten und Potenzialen fr neue und bestehende Anwendungen
- Planung und Verantwortung fr Forecast, Bedarfsplanung sowie Gap- und Potenzialanalysen
- Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Marketing- und Vertriebsaktivitten zur Strkung der Marktprsenz
Das bringst Du mit:
- Abgeschlossenes technisches, naturwissenschaftliches oder kaufmnnisches Studium oder vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Bezug zur Lebensmittelindustrie (z. B. Lebensmitteltechnologie, Ernhrungswissenschaften, kotrophologie)
- Relevante, mehrjhrige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb sowie in der Lebensmittel- und Ernhrungsbranche, insbesondere im Bereich Aromen/Flavours
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfhigkeit, hohes Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprgte Ergebnisorientierung
- "Hunter"-Mentalitt mit dem Willen, Ziele zu erreichen und zu bertreffen
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative, selbststndige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Lsungsorientierung
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gngigen MS-Office Anwendungen sowie Anwendererfahrung mit CRM-Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zur regelmigen Reisettigkeit innerhalb Deutschlands
