The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and install machinery, equipment, and fixtures according to blueprints and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on production lines.
- Conduct quality checks and make necessary adjustments to ensure product meets specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize setup processes and improve efficiency.
- Document setup procedures, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.
Recommended Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 2+ years experience in a manufacturing setup or machine operation role
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Basic understanding of PLC systems and automation is a plus
