The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and install machinery, equipment, and fixtures according to blueprints and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on production lines.
• Conduct quality checks and make necessary adjustments to ensure product meets specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize setup processes and improve efficiency.
• Document setup procedures, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing setup or machine operation role
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, and precision measuring instruments
• Basic understanding of PLC systems and automation is a plus
