As a Full Cycle Sales Professional, you will manage the entire customer journey—from connecting with prospective clients and understanding their needs to presenting insurance solutions and closing sales. What You'll Do

• Meet with prospective customers in their homes to discuss their insurance needs.

• Educate clients about available insurance products and services.

• Build strong relationships through face-to-face communication and exceptional customer service.

• Manage the full sales process, including prospecting, presentations, follow-ups, and closing sales.

• Answer customer questions and provide personalized recommendations.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities within your assigned territory.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records using CRM tools.

• Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding individual sales goals.

Compensation

This is a performance-based sales opportunity with significant earning potential.

• Top performers commonly earn between $90,000 and $160,000+ annually .
