Job Summary This paid work‑study or student employment position allows students to develop leadership, professional and soft skills while assisting the Enterprise Application Management team. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Enterprise Application Management team on development projects. Troubleshoot Workday application issues. Track and manage work tickets. Handle reporting and third‑party integration tasks. Minimum Qualifications Active student enrolled in at least 6 credits. Completed at least one semester in an Information Technology Program. Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, at least one programming language, and familiarity with database technologies. Familiarity with the software development life cycle. Excellent customer service skills. Good listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and write in English. Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
