Join to apply for the Talent Acquisition Manager role at CNA Search . We are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Manager for a well-established Tech Company. This role will be hybrid here in Atlanta. In this role, you will establish KPIs, cadences, and drive down time-to-hire. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in leadership, staffing, and corporate recruiting. We’re adding a hands-on manager to our talent team. You'll lead a high-performing, high-volume team at a SaaS company. You’ll partner with hiring managers to meet staffing goals. What You’ll Do Evolve our talent acquisition strategy, aligning it with company growth plans and workforce needs. Lead and mentor a high-performing recruiting team. Optimize talent acquisition operations and reporting. Maximize use of Paycom ATS. Personally recruit and fill high-profile roles. Create a consistently excellent candidate experience across all touchpoints. Develop strategic partnerships with universities and community groups to create a talent pipeline. This role is hybrid - 4 days in office each week.
