Set performance standards, enforce safety protocols, and foster a culture of accountability and professionalism. Operational Oversight: Coordinate daily workflow, oversee installations and repairs, and ensure compliance with all codes and safety regulations. Work closely with dispatch and office staff to maximize team efficiency. Revenue Growth: Identify areas for increased sales and profitability within plumbing operations. Monitor KPIs, manage team productivity, and ensure service targets are met or exceeded. Technical Excellence: Provide hands‑on support in the field when needed. Serve as a technical resource for the team and ensure all work meets our quality standards. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers receive high-quality, timely, and respectful service. Proactively address concerns and lead the team in delivering a top‑tier customer experience. Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor plumbing staff. Build a positive team culture focused on growth, skill development, and retention. What You Will Bring Proven leadership experience in residential plumbing Strong technical knowledge and ability to support field teams Familiarity with local plumbing codes and permit processes Results-driven with a focus on efficiency, performance, and quality Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Master plumber license preferred (or working toward one) Pre-employment background check and drug screening may apply, subject to local laws.
