As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you'll support manufacturing and project operations by receiving incoming materials, preparing customer shipments, building custom packaging, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You'll play a critical role in ensuring materials and products move efficiently throughout the facility while meeting ENTEK's quality standards.In this role, you will:Locate parts according to Bills of Materials (BOMs), sales orders, and other project requirements.Inventory, package, and prepare products for shipment while ensuring materials arrive at customer sites in excellent conditionUtilize UPS WorldShip software for small parcel and expedited shipments.Design, order materials for, and construct custom pallets, skids, crates, and shipping containers for high-value equipmentPackage components and kits in a manner that supports easy customer inventory and assemblyPrint, organize, and include drawing packages and documentation with shipments.Load outbound shipments and coach over-the-road drivers on proper securement methods to prevent damage during transit.Receive incoming materials and reconcile deliveries against packing slips and purchase documentation.Account for incoming parts and materials within the ERP systemTag, organize, and place received materials into appropriate project kits and storage locations.Alert internal stakeholders when expedited or priority materials arriveIdentify Kanban inventory items and reconcile them with associated cards.Deliver materials and supplies throughout the facility and manage inventory locations.Assemble project kits using BOMs as checklists to ensure completeness.Support priority deliveries and material pickups as business needs requireMaintain safe operations by adhering to company safety policies and procedures.Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including Kaizen events, 5S activities, and continuous improvement efforts.ENTEK is seeking applications for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join us on-site at our Lebanon, Oregon, location (relocation within 40 miles of Lebanon is required).What We're Looking For We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, the ability to adapt to changing priorities, and a commitment to customer service and operational excellence.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to work on-site in Henderson, NevadaStrong time-management skills and ability to self-manage work prioritiesAbility to communicate effectively with coworkers, vendors, and internal customersAbility to read, analyze, and interpret shipping documents, packing slips, and Bills of MaterialsBasic mathematical skillsAbility to define problems, collect information, and develop practical solutionsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 poundsPreferred QualificationsOne (1) year of shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience utilizing ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AXExperience with UPS WorldShip or similar shipping softwareExperience building custom crates, pallets, and skidsForklift experienceCDL preferred for employees supporting driving responsibilitiesYour Work Schedule This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
