Are you interested in working full or part-time using your steady hand to decorate cookie cakes, sugar cookies? Eileen's Cookies Nichols Hills and Edmond is seeking an experienced decorator to become a part of Oklahoma City’s area’s best bakery’s production team. Eileen's Cookies is a locally owned, from scratch cookie store that specializes in custom cookies and cookie cakes. You will be working both independently and with the production team and must be able to follow specific recipes, instructions and special orders. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced bakery, however we are also accepting applicants for those who may not yet have actual bakery experience, but have experience decorating at home and can demonstrate decorating skills. In this role, you will be required to decorate cookie cakes and sugar cookies both for sale in the bakery as well as special orders as requested by customers. Although your primary role is to decorate bakery products, you may also be required to frost cookies, help on front counter, and have light baking tasks. The successful candidate will also be able to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, maintain a clean work area, keep ingredients stocked for the next shift, complete daily closing tasks and work ahead as able.
