PANADERO – SCHLOTZSKY’SPROPÓSITO DEL PUESTO: Los panaderos son responsables de hornear nuestros panes y masas de pizza Baked Fresh Daily. La calidad del pan y la corteza debe cumplir con estrictos lineamientos de apariencia y textura; por lo tanto, los panaderos deben seguir los estándares de las recetas y producir productos de calidad de manera constante.Algunos requisitos incluyen, entre otros, los siguientes:DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:Hornee lotes de acuerdo con las necesidades que se muestran en las hojas diarias de PEDIDO DE PAR/HORNEADO.Producir consistentemente un producto de panadería de alta calidad.Sea extremadamente preciso con los pesos y medidas de todos los elementos de la receta.Mantenga la estación de trabajo limpia en todo momento.Limpie adecuadamente todos los platos y sartenes durante el turno.
