Job Summary

A high-quality healthcare services company focused on meeting the medical supply needs of consumers and the caregiving community is seeking a Registered Dietitian – Outside Sales Representative to join its team in Houston, TX.

Must be a Registered Dietitian to be considered for this position.

This role combines clinical nutrition expertise with outside sales and business development. The RD Sales Representative will help grow the company's Enteral Nutrition Support Program by building relationships with hospitals, outpatient physician offices, healthcare professionals, and community partners throughout the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote the Enteral Nutrition Support Program and maximize enteral sales within the assigned territory.
• Develop relationships with hospitals, outpatient physician offices, and healthcare professionals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert by providing nutrition recommendations and supporting the development and implementation of nutrition education tools.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to increase Enteral Nutrition business.
• Conduct education and training on enteral feeding pumps.
• Review clinical documentation to determine patient eligibility for Medicare coverage.
• Conduct outreach initiatives to increase community awareness of the Enteral Nutrition program.
• Participate in community events, health fairs, and other outreach activities.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support customers, referral partners, and business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dietitian (RD) credential/license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory and attend company meetings as needed.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability and willingness to sell services and promote a product line.
• Experience working with enteral nutrition patients is preferred.
• Pediatric enteral nutrition experience is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.
