Qualifications: To be considered for the Medical Director/Family Physician position, you must possess the following qualifications: 1. A medical degree from an accredited medical school. 2. A valid license to practice medicine in the state. 3. Board certification in Family Medicine. 4. A minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience as a Family Physician 5. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing medical policies and procedures. 6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and motivate a team. 7. Strong clinical knowledge and skills, with a keen focus on patient-centered care. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals. 9.
