With strong early momentum, dedicated agency partners in both markets and products that are highly suited to the platform, we are looking for an experienced operator to take full ownership of the channel and scale it into a multi-million-dollar revenue stream. With strong early momentum, dedicated agency partners in both markets and products that are highly suited to the platform, we are looking for an experienced operator to take full ownership of the channel and scale it into a multi-million-dollar revenue stream. The Role We are looking for a commercially driven TikTok Shop Manager to own the channel across the UK and US. This is not simply an agency management or coordination role. You will be directly accountable for TikTok Shop revenue, profitability and overall performance, working closely with our external agencies and internal teams. You will oversee every area that contributes to growth, including affiliates, creators, UGC, paid media, live shopping, promotions, product assortment, inventory, customer experience and platform operations. The ideal candidate will have previously managed a multi-million-dollar TikTok Shop business for a leading consumer brand and will understand what it takes to scale quickly while maintaining strong operational control. Key Responsibilities Commercial Ownership Take full ownership of TikTok Shop revenue and performance across the UK and US. Build and execute the strategy required to scale the channel into a significant multi-million-dollar business. Set revenue targets, forecasts, budgets and KPIs for each market. Monitor daily and weekly performance and identify opportunities for growth. Own channel profitability, including commissions, promotions, paid media and agency costs. Develop new products, bundles, pricing strategies and promotional mechanics. Agency Management Manage our TikTok Shop agencies in the UK and US. Set clear targets, priorities and deliverables for each agency. Hold agencies accountable for affiliate recruitment, content volume, paid media, live shopping and revenue. Ensure both agencies operate as an extension of the internal Neutonic team. Share learnings and successful strategies between markets. Affiliates, Creators and Content Own the affiliate and creator strategy across both markets. Increase the number and quality of creators actively promoting Neutonic. Identify high-performing affiliates and develop deeper commercial relationships with them. Work with agencies and the internal creative team to improve content quality and conversion. Maintain a consistent pipeline of UGC and affiliate content. Develop seeding, incentive, whitelisting and paid creator strategies. Live Shopping Oversee the live shopping strategy across the UK and US. Monitor presenter performance, scheduling, content quality and brand representation. Develop new live formats and promotional strategies that improve revenue and conversion. Operations and Customer Experience Work with supply chain teams to ensure sufficient stock is available to support growth. Monitor inventory levels, fulfilment performance and potential stock risks. Ensure listings, bundles, pricing and promotions are accurate and effective. Work with customer service teams to monitor enquiries, reviews, complaints, refunds and customer experience. Protect account health and ensure both stores remain compliant with platform requirements. Growth and Innovation Stay ahead of TikTok Shop developments, trends and new opportunities. Build strong relationships with TikTok and relevant platform contacts. Monitor competitors and leading brands to understand best practice. Continuously test new approaches to improve traffic, conversion, average order value and repeat purchase. What We Are Looking For Significant experience managing TikTok Shop for a leading supplement/beverage/fmcg consumer brand. A proven track record of being directly responsible for several million dollars in annual TikTok Shop revenue. Strong knowledge of affiliates, creators, UGC, live shopping, paid media, promotions and platform operations. Experience managing external agencies or sizeable internal teams. Highly commercial and comfortable owning revenue, budgets, forecasts and profitability. Strong analytical ability and confidence using data to make decisions. Operationally strong, with experience managing inventory, fulfilment, customer experience and account health. Comfortable working across both UK and US markets. Proactive, entrepreneurial and willing to take full ownership. Able to move quickly in a fast-growing, high-accountability environment. Experience in supplements, wellness, beauty, food and beverage or another fast-moving consumer category would be highly beneficial. What Success Looks Like Within your first six months, you will have: Established clear strategies, targets and reporting across both markets. Built strong and accountable relationships with our UK and US agencies. Increased affiliate content volume and the number of active, revenue-generating creators. Improved live shopping, paid media and promotional performance. Introduced stronger inventory planning and forecasting. Created a consistent testing roadmap for new products, bundles and campaigns. Put Neutonic on a clear path to generating several million dollars in annual TikTok Shop revenue.
