Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Prior experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school-based or clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of assessment, evaluation, and intervention techniques for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with teachers, families, and support staff
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and manage a dynamic caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and intervention to students with a range of speech and language needs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and track student progress
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best supports are in place
• Participate in team meetings and offer training or consultation as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
