Hands-on and creative, the full-time Senior Social Media Specialist will manage organic social strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, focusing on content creation, community engagement, and trend spotting while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own day-to-day execution of organic social strategies and manage editorial calendars Create, edit, and publish social-first content while adapting brand assets for organic execution Engage with the community, respond to comments, and identify opportunities for user-generated content Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content-focused roles BS degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience managing organic social content for consumer-facing brands Strong skills in creating and editing short-form social content Familiarity with social publishing and analytics tools such as Sprout Social
