Position Summary:

Outstanding opportunity to join area's leading truck dealership. Primary responsibilities include:

• Service customers' needs relating to repairs of commercial trucks.
• Experience with computer diagnostics tools
• Ability to prioritize multiple demands of a dealership service dept.
• Maintain customer relationships.
• Work in a team-oriented environment.
• Use a wide variety of repair technical manuals/computer programs to access information relative to the assigned duties and apply this information to the service and preventative maintenance functions.
• Maintain professional appearance representing our company.

Qualifications

Requirements :

• 1-5+ years' service / fleet maintenance experience previous truck service skills are preferred but not required.
• Able to manage tech's in the service department
• Provide customer service and long-term relationship building.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commercial driver's license or willingness to obtain a CDL in 6 months
