Client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Senior On-Site Service Specialist to provide onsite operational support in a fast-paced office environment. This role involves high-volume printing, scanning, mail handling, document processing, filing, shipping/receiving, and customer service support while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and equipment functionality.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume copy, print, scanning, imaging, and mail processing equipment
• Receive, open, check, process, store, and organize documents in designated files
• Perform binding, finishing, QC checks, filing, archiving, shipping, receiving, and mail distribution tasks
• Use image handling software, MS Office Suite, email systems, and standard office equipment
• Troubleshoot basic copier and printer issues, clear paper jams, and escalate technical problems as needed
• Maintain copier areas, service logs, inventory records, billing logs, and daily meter readings
• Coordinate and respond to customer job requests, service calls, and status inquiries
• Deliver completed jobs to designated onsite locations and support general office operations
• Assist with reception duties, meeting room setup, housekeeping, and light maintenance when needed
• Operate bindery and finishing equipment including paper cutters, shrink-wrap machines, hole drillers, joggers, staplers, tape machines, and postage meters
• Follow safety procedures while handling equipment, materials, and physical workloads

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in copy, print, mailroom, records management, or related office support preferred
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and email systems
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Technical aptitude with printers, copiers, scanners, postage machines, and office equipment
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and move materials up to 50-55 lbs.
• Comfortable pushing or pulling equipment on wheels and walking between buildings if required
• Previous copy center or equipment repair experience is a plus
• No driving required
