Position Title Sales Manager Location Rock Hill, SC Sector Corrugated Packaging / Agriculture Role Summary The Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing product mix, and overseeing the strategic sales initiatives of our Rock Hill, SC facility. You will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning sales and operations to ensure maximum profitability and superior customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute annual sales forecasts and long‑term growth initiatives to meet sales and EBITDA targets. Operational Oversight : Manage and integrate sales and operations for efficient and profitable results. Financial Performance : Utilize P&L insights and estimating expertise to determine product profitability and optimize production capabilities. Market Intelligence : Monitor industry trends and competitive factors to proactively implement a strong sales and operations program. Team Development : Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high‑performing sales team. Provide ongoing coaching to improve professional skills and drive results. Account Management : Maintain executive‑level relationships with major accounts, particularly within the agricultural sector, ensuring long‑term retention and satisfaction. Administrative Integrity : Oversee credit controls, ensure compliance with company policies, and manage departmental documentation. Qualifications & Experience Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5 years in the corrugated packaging industry. Sales Mastery: At least 10 years of proven sales experience, with a preference for experience in the agriculture sector. Leadership: 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role. Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Skills: Strong financial acumen (discounts, margins, P&L, and volume calculations). Exceptional communication and public speaking skills. Advanced reasoning and problem‑solving capabilities.
