As our Bakery Cafe Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery and cafe. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the Team : Oversee and inspire a team of dedicated staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain our high standards.
• Customer Service Excellence : Create a welcoming environment for our customers and ensure their experience is nothing short of delightful.
• Operations Management : Handle daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Quality Control : Maintain the quality and presentation of our bakery and cafe offerings, ensuring every product meets our standards.
• Problem Solving : Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
• Hands-On Support : Step in where needed, whether it’s assisting with baking, serving customers, or managing the front of house.

We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

• Experience : At least 3 years of experience in a commercial or retail bakery setting.
• Customer Service Skills : Proven ability to provide exceptional service and build lasting customer relationships.
• Physical Requirements : Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
• Leadership : Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a team effectively.
• Passion for Baking : A genuine love for baked goods and creating a positive customer experience.
• Reliability: We're looking for reliable, dependable team members who maintain consistent attendance and can make this job a priority in their schedule.
