Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Production Worker to join a rubber compounding manufacturing team in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. This position involves supporting the production process by measuring, mixing, handling, and preparing rubber compounds and raw materials. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can safely perform physical, hands-on work throughout the shift. Responsibilities:

· Measure, weigh, and prepare raw materials according to production specifications

· Load and unload materials into mixing and production equipment

· Operate and monitor production machinery while following safety procedures

· Inspect materials and finished products for quality and consistency

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred

· Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift

· Ability to work safely around industrial machinery and production equipment

· Strong attendance, reliability, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

The base pay rate for this position is $16.50 per hour , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, compensation may increase after 90 days based on company guidelines and performance.
