CNC OperatorLocation: Columbus, Ohio AreaSchedule: 1st Shift: Monday – FridayPay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (Based on Experience)Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of CNC machining experience and be proficient in operating and setting up CNC machines in a precision manufacturing environment. Candidates with G-Code knowledge and experience using WorkNC software are strongly preferred.ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC machining centers to produce quality parts according to specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.Load materials, tools, and fixtures into CNC machines.Perform machine setups and make necessary offsets and adjustments.Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and production standards are met.Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Troubleshoot machining issues and communicate concerns to supervisors.Maintain accurate production and quality records.Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.Assist with other manufacturing and production duties as assigned.Required QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of CNC machining or CNC operator experience.Experience with G-Code programming and editing.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.Experience using precision measuring instruments.Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred QualificationsExperience with WorkNC software.Experience operating the following machines:SNK-RB4SNK-DC4Makino KE55Okuma MA-630VBSetup experience is highly preferred.Experience in aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing environments is a plus.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceFirst-shift scheduleStable, long-term opportunityProfessional manufacturing environmentGrowth and advancement opportunities
