CNC Machine Operator
$19.50–$23.00/hr + $1.00 shift differential
Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:15pm
Columbus, OH
Temp-to-Hire
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operate, load, and unload CNC machinery while following safety and quality standards
- Read prints and perform hourly part inspections
- Operate CMM equipment and use metrology tools for accurate measurements
- Adjust tooling offsets, monitor tool life, and change cutting inserts as needed
- Complete shift reports, inspection cards, and other required paperwork
- Perform machine startup, shutdown, and daily preventative maintenance
- Follow 5S principles and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow company, environmental, safety, and quality procedures
Who We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- Technical training
- CNC machine operating experience
- Print reading and measurement skills
- Metrology equipment experience preferred, including calipers, height gauges, and dial indicators
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow established procedures
