Job Title: Assembler 1 (Colorado Springs) Job Description : Perform a variety of repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations in the production of medical devices. Work follows established standards using diagrams, drawings, or other assembly procedures. Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assembly drawings. Measure and record process parameters and report results to supervision. Adhere to production schedules and report material shortages. Accurately document all required entries in the Lot History Record. Comply with GMPs regarding material labeling, SOPs, and proper segregation of material, demonstrating understanding of the SPNC Quality System. Responsibilities Perform assembly operations with adherence to SOPs and drawing requirements. Measure and record process parameters, reporting results to supervision. Follow production schedules, reporting material shortages promptly. Document entries in the Lot History Record. Comply with GMP standards for material handling and labeling. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in Medical Devices Manufacturing within a highly regulated environment, including use of a microscope. Reliability and detail orientation with effective communication and good interpersonal skills. High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements (with or without accommodation). Benefits Hourly pay range $17.75 to $23.71, plus overtime eligible.
