Location

Reno, Nevada - Full-time, on-site opportunity where you'll lead major commercial construction projects from planning through successful completion.

Note

Applicants must have 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience . Experience managing commercial construction projects for a general contractor is required.

Job Description

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and overall project execution.
• Provide leadership to project teams while mentoring Project Managers and support staff.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Review contracts, project documents, change orders, and project risks.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality expectations.
• Resolve complex project challenges through proactive planning and communication.
• Maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of all phases of commercial construction.
• Experience managing complex commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
• Ability to identify project risks and develop effective solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
